Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss of damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits offered under this Returns Policy are in addition to any other rights and remedies that you may have under law (including the Australian Consumer Law) in relation to items purchased from us.


Our policy for returning or refunding items for a change of mind lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We will provide the remedies described below if there are any latent defects in the workmanship of the items you purchase for a maximum period of 12 months after you purchase the item, subject to fair wear and tear and the items being used and maintained in accordance with any guidelines that we may issue to you from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not cover defects caused by or arising out of misuse or abnormal use of any items you purchase from us or as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, power surges and dips, exposure to excessive heat, moisture or dampness, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or damage caused by vermin etc.

If items you purchase from us are found to be defective within the period identified above, we will , at our option, repair or replace the items or provide a refund of the price paid for the defective item, reduced in a straight-line depreciation basis over 2 years to account for your use of the item before the claim is made.


In order to claim a remedy under this Returns Policy, you must:

• provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase; and
• return the original item:
without any damage to the item which is caused by you;
with all accessories and parts which came with the item; and
where possible, in its original packaging.


A defect claim under this Returns Policy should clearly state the nature of the defects and any other information which may assist us in considering your claim. Claims should be forwarded to us using the contact information below:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your remedy will be processed. For example, if we choose, or in the case of the Australia Consumer Law you elect, to receive a refund for a defective item, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Unfortunately, sale items are often discontinued, seconds or clearance items and are usually not subject to a refund or replacement.
